Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase a 14 day full refund and exchange policy is offered.

The terms are:

To arrange a return, or if the item you received is faulty, or is not what you originally ordered,

please email info@kristinm.co.uk quoting the following:

  • your original order number
  • your name and address
  • details of the product you are returning & the reason for return
  • whether you require a refund or exchange/replacement.

You will then advise on how to proceed with the return. All products to be returned must be carefully re-packaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition.

Goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse can not be returned. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

Please note, the return is your responsibility until it reaches Kristin M.

For your own protection, it is recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Kristin M cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. (Royal Mail Special Delivery can be used)

If you are returning an item for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).

Exempt from our refund policy are:

  • especially commissioned bespoke jewellery.
  • any jewellery which was customised on your request (chain length, etc. ….)

When ordering Rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. A Ring ordered in the incorrect size can be re-sized, but this will be subject to a charge.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.
